Our management team is comprised of people with many years of experience in long-term industries. The philosophy we withhold is a laser-like focus on the customer’s needs. We designed this product to be insulative, safe, and to expand to fit any drink to fulfill this aspect of our companies obligations. Managing the Business Day-to- Day The business will be run under a limited liability partnership, the partners will include; Rebecca Dent, Daniel Frisk, Rylee Kane, Louis Duncan, Leah Searfoss, and Eric Shellock. Our team of consultants will provide skill and direction in key areas. Description of Management Team Daniel Frisk- Products and Services Daniel has a mechanical engineering background and has a special interest in new product development and entrepreneurship. He has been engaged in product design for the past two years, working on projects in the consumer product industry. His new product development experience has developed his competence in taking product designs from concept through engineering and into manufacturing. He not only designed our product, but will continue to make improvements and new versions as our business takes off. Rylee Kane- Management and Organization Rylee has a strong background in managing a small business, as well as the proper organization skills for a successfull and efficient business. She acquired this strong skill set from not only working for her familiy business, but during parts of the year she has ran it by herself. Having this type of background is going to aid in managing and organizing the business systematically, that way the business will be effective.
